Tell us what happened
You describe the surgery or the accident in your own words. Body part, structure if you know it, dates, what was done. Short answers are fine. Extra detail makes the tracks more accurate.
Custom audio series
A custom audio series that walks the cells through the work they are meant to do, in the order they are meant to do it.
Private download. Written for your injury. Complementary to medical care.
We put the real science into simple words you can picture, and we say what is actually happening. You hear the real names when they help the picture. Then you see the work.
Complementary to medical care.
One track for each phase of healing.
Each order is one custom series for one injury. We write one track for each phase of how that tissue heals. Most series have five or six tracks. Each track is about twenty to thirty minutes.
This sits next to your medical care.
Busy waking thoughts use faster brain waves, called beta. Those waves are good for talking and planning. They are a poor place to hold a picture. Slower waves, alpha then theta, are better for seeing something in the mind. Use headphones so each ear can hear a slightly different tone, and the brain hears a third pulse from the difference, called a binaural beat. The pulse helps the brain change from beta toward those slower waves. Your thoughts quiet, and the picture stays.
After surgery, or after an accident, tissue is deciding how to heal. That window is short. It is easy to sit through it as a passenger.
The mind can take part. That is why this exists.
The mind is already involved. Attention goes somewhere. Intention is attention, aimed. Give it a true picture of what the cells are doing this week, and it has a useful place to rest.
After surgery or an accident, the body is forming new tissue for a short time. Most people just wait. This series exists so they have a picture of that work to hold in their mind during that time. Custom tracks, written for that injury, for the phases of that healing. Complementary to the surgeon. The work is seeing it.
The sample is a short audio clip from a series written for a patellar tendon repair. It names the science, then the picture. Yours will name what is in yours.
Close your eyes and lift an arm, only in thought. Much of the same circuitry stirs as if the arm had moved. The brain is not confused about where you are sitting. It is willing, though, to treat a vivid inner act as practice. Rehearsal counts.
A driver walks the circuit before the car does. A jumper sees the bar clear before they leave the ground.
Healing is a difficult thing on a schedule the tissue already knows. The series gives that schedule a picture.
You are not a passenger. The surgeon still operates. You bring the picture.

One track per phase of that healing — typically five or six, not a fixed number, not a generic “body heals” script. If you had PRP, a graft, a brace, those go in. If you did not, they stay out.
