What we collect

For the $149 custom audio series, the intake collects your name, email, details about the injury, surgery, or body part, and your signatures on the acknowledgment.

For the $29 ready-made track that helps with inflammation, we collect your name, email, and signatures.

The free inflammation foods PDF may collect your email so we can send a private download link.

How we use it

Health details in the intake are treated as sensitive. We use them to write the custom series and to fulfill the order. We do not sell them. We are not a medical provider. The audio is complementary to medical care.

We are not a HIPAA covered entity. The intake is still handled with care because it can include health information you chose to share.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people open, whether they hear the sample, whether they start an order, and whether a payment goes through. We do not send your name, email, or intake answers to Google.

Payments and records

Payments run through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

A signed acknowledgment PDF is stored with the order. It holds the name, email, time, and IP from that signing.

How long we keep it

We keep what we have as needed to fulfill orders, to meet the law, and to answer support questions.
