What am I buying?
A custom audio series written for your injury. One file per phase of that healing. Typically five or six tracks, about twenty to thirty minutes each. A private download link. The Inflammation meditation is included free. That same track is also sold alone for $29.
Is this for surgery only?
No. Surgery is one door. An accident or injury without an operating room is another: a car crash, a broken leg, a tendon treated without a repair. If it then needed surgery, say so on the intake. We write for the tissue you actually have.
How many tracks?
Healing runs in phases. We write one track for each. Typically five or six. The number of phases follows the healing.
When do I listen?
Play the track that matches where your body is. If you order late, you still receive every phase. Start with the one that matches this phase of healing. Your surgeon’s timeline wins if it disagrees with the short guide we send.
Do I need to visualize perfectly?
No. The better you can see it in your mind’s eye, the more it helps. Hearing it is enough.
Busy waking thoughts use faster brain waves, called beta. Those waves are good for talking and planning. They are a poor place to hold a picture. Slower waves, alpha then theta, are better for seeing something in the mind. Use headphones so each ear can hear a slightly different tone, and the brain hears a third pulse from the difference, called a binaural beat. The pulse helps the brain change from beta toward those slower waves. Your thoughts quiet, and the picture stays.
Is this medical care?
It sits next to your doctor’s care. Keep following your surgeon, physician, or physical therapist, including every restriction. The work is seeing the tissue do what it is supposed to do.
What does $149 include?
One audio file for each phase of that healing, a ready-made track that helps with inflammation included free, a short guide for which one to play, one page on what to eat while you heal, and a private download link.

What do you need from me?
The intake: what happened, dates, what was done (repair, graft, hardware, PRP, CPM, brace, PT, restrictions), how it is going, and what a good outcome looks like. Short answers are fine. We write from what you tell us. Extra detail makes the tracks more accurate.
What if something in my body changes?
If something in your body changes, call your doctor. Do not wait on a new track.
